Gayle has been working in the conference and incentive travel industry for over 25 years. Her experience includes project management in both third party and corporate meeting planning environments. Her effective negotiation and contracting skills, her solid mentorship capabilities, and her strong customer relationship building skills, are a few of many reasons Gayle is such a valuable member of the Dragonfly team.

  • Her career began organizing tours for the Ministry of Recreation and Tourism & the MS Society designed for people confined to their wheelchairs.
  • She is interested in anything hotel, food and beverage related, likely sparked by her experience working at several Canadian landmark resorts such as Banff Springs & Emerald Lake Lodge in the Canadian Rockies, and Cleveland’s House & Windermere House in Muskoka.
  • A true Gemini; the perfect day can begin with a dirty house reno project followed by live theatre of any kind.
  • Lake Joe, Muskoka is her long-time love; simple cottage living with now three generations of family doesn’t get any better!
